Law enforcement agencies in East Texas have re-arrested a handcuffed suspect who escaped custody early Tuesday morning.Escaped suspect in Wills PointThe suspect escaped at 4 a.m. and was last seen in the area of Van Zandt County Road 3901, also known as Deen Road, according to the Wills Point Police Department.Authorities described the suspect as a Hispanic male, roughly 5-foot-5, wearing a navy blue shirt or hoodie and blue jeans. He was handcuffed in the front at the time of his escape and was believed to be unarmed.Wills Point police said the city marshal received a tip from a member of the public about the man's location.
