The first thing that comes to mind when someone mentions peaches is peach cobbler. There’s nothing like a bite of the sticky, sweet confectionery, especially when it’s covered with ice. If you’re craving some peach cobbler, then CBD at Joule in downtown Dallas is for you. They serve a delicious peach and blackberry cobbler with pistachio ice cream.

The quirky coffee house is the perfect place when you need a lunch break from the hustle and bustle of downtown Dallas. The baristas greet you with a joke that is sure to make you laugh, and the tables are covered with white paper and colored pencils so you can scribble and relax while you wait for your food or drink. The grilled cheese sandwich with cheddar, provolone, havarti and goat cheese is a must. Make sure you wash it down with Italian peach soda or a fresh mango and peach tea. We also recommend the apricot and peach oolong.

If you haven’t had a chance to stop by the Dallas Farmers Market, August is the perfect month. Discover all this local gem has to offer while shopping for some fresh peaches and peach products. The Dallas Farmers Market has two components: The Market and The Shed. The market, with several restaurants and shops, is open Monday through Sunday, while The Shed is only open Friday through Sunday.
