These Dallas restaurants are open for New Year’s Eve 2020 dining

It’s hard to tell if this New Years Eve deserves a celebration, but this round-up is perfect if you’re on the fence. Do you strictly follow the advice of professionals encouraging you to stay home, stay home, stay home? Or do you go with those who say restaurants are your least likely place to catch COVID-19 and support your local business?

The good thing about this list is that it only includes venues that are still accepting reservations. (Some other places have already cut it off.) This list just shows you what’s available. We save you time!

Al Biernat will host a celebration in both Oak Lawn and North Dallas with reservations for three seats: 5/5: 30 AM, 7/7: 30 AM, or 9 PM and later. Oak Lawn 214-219-2201, Al Biernats North 972-239-3400.

Big Al’s. Buy One Get One Free Rack of Rib Special for $ 28, available December 31st and January 1st, and every Saturday through January. The restaurant also offers Hoppin ‘John for $ 10 quart / $ 35 gallon and $ 5 cornbread per quarter pan. Bulla gastrobar at Legacy West in Plano. Four-course menu for New Year’s Eve and free toast at midnight for guests. You will also receive a 25% discount on selected champagne bottles. The course includes Tartar de Atun, Serrano Manchego, Carpaccio de Salmon, Albondigas, Canelones, Montaditos, Gambas al Ajillo, Short Ribs, Pescado Panaderas, Arroz Caldoso, Churros, Flan or Cheesecake. $ 60. 972-805-4590.

City works The Star in Frisco has a Brew’s Eve dinner with filet medallions with blue cheese and mashed potatoes, short ribs with creamy grains, Cajun linguine with blackened chicken and andouille sausage, or a steak sandwich with grilled onions in French onion soup and smoked provolone. Brew Year’s Eve Specials as well as the full à la carte menu are available to take away. Reservations online or by calling 469-850-1850.

Commons Club. The restaurant at the Virgin Hotel offers a three-course amuse bouche and mignardise meal for USD 100 per person. Reservations from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. or a four-course meal with amuse bouche, mignardise and a champagne toast from Moet & Chandon for USD 150 per person for reservations between 8:30 pm and 10:00 pm. Wine pairings are also available for any seating, with a DJ from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Davios northern Italian steakhouse. The Colony Restaurant offers a special four-course menu with tuna carpaccio, saffron tagliatelle with slowly braised duck, delicate filet mignon with shrimp and prawns, and blueberry cheesecake. 5pm – 12pm. $ 85 per person. Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse. Special New Year’s Eve dishes include Stone Crab Claws and Bone In Filet with a choice of Alaskan King Crab Truffle Butter or Petit Cold Water Lobster Tail with Yuzu Hollandaise. Starts at $ 95. Special dessert from Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. Dallas, Frisco and Fort Worth.

Brewing Division celebrates its 5th anniversary on New Year’s Eve with two special beers: Rickety Thicket, a barrel-aged sour beer; and sorry to celebrate, a triple cloudy IPA. They have three packages that pair beer with a 5th anniversary camp mug for $ 25-50. They have a limited consumption on site with a camp mug, chilli and 4 toppings for $ 25.

Draft Sports Bar & Lounge The Sheraton Dallas Hotel opens New Year’s Eve with delicious dishes and special holiday cocktails.

Elm & good. New Year’s Eve “Maskquerade Dinner” menu with a selection of lobster bisque, red kuri pumpkin, agnolotti, warm goat cheese, Demase’s farms, black-eyed peas, 44 farms, beef fillet, halibut with pumpkin seed crust, lion’s mane mushroom paella, raspberry creme fudgy brûlée. 150 USD per person.

Encina. Four course meal with free champagne toast for $ 75. 5pm – 11pm. Reservations can be made online.

Fearing’s restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton. The four-course menu includes lobster bisque with a cognac scent, surf & turf carpaccio, lamb chops with mustard and herb crust, first-class beef “Wellington” and a “Dessert Symphony” with three delicious sweet treats. 5pm to 10pm. $ 225 for adults, $ 125 for vegetarians, and $ 35 for children. Ida Claire. The Lockwood Distillery five-course menu with a liquor or craft cocktail includes steak, scallops, duck, chocolate, and champagne. 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 90 USD per person. Knife Dallas. The steakhouse offers take-away and take-away with a selection of steaks, sausages, bacon and ham tastings, sausages, sandwiches, salads and pasta dishes. The meal will be eaten by RD Brut 2004 from Bollinger Champagne. 5 pm-10pm.

LAW on four seasons. The six-course menu offers a choice of beef fillet carpaccio, duck raviolo, Chilean sea bass, pheasant breast wrapped in bacon, vegan option, champagne mousse cake or boozy fudge brownie with Guinness ganache, Bailey’s Chantilly and bourbon caramel. 120 USD per person, including a free glass of champagne. Manhattan project hosts a specialty food party and a Trinitite toast at midnight from 7pm to 12pm. DJ Danny Cutlass starts at 8 p.m.

Mansion Restaurant in the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. The five-course menu offers a selection of hirame, chestnut veloute, main lobster fagattini, black cod cioppino, Wagyu beef culottes from A Bar N Ranch with black truffle potatoes, champagne sorbet, chocolate places and hazelnut crème brûlée . 6 pm–9.30pm. $ 165 per person and $ 60 per child (4-12 years old). Northern Italy. The festive three-course menu offers house favorites and holiday specialties. Choice of crab risotto with melted leek and English peas, butternut squash agnolotti, lobster Fra Diavolo with prawns and Mafaldine noodles. Cocktails include “Spritz D’Oro” with Crop Meyer lemon vodka, Salerno blood orange, limoncello, Moet & Chandon champagne; and “Apericena” with raspberry selection, nonino aperitivo and sparkling rosé. $ 60 per person. nova. The Oak Cliff restaurant is open from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. with a full menu and New Year’s specialties until 10:00 p.m., followed by a night menu until 12:00 p.m. For reservations, call 214-484-7123.

Perry is There is a three-course menu with soup or salad, starter and dessert, available from 11:00 for dinner or take away for $ 60. Uchiba. Omakase with pomegranate sorbet, oyster nicura, Japanese bream Madai Crudo, pork ribs with smoked parsnip puree, Toyosu selection a5 tartare, fennel and apple salad endive, avokatsu avocado katsu, sashimi selection Otoro, Wagyu ribeye. $ 150 dinner for two available in restaurant only.

On Knox. The New Year’s Eve dinner offers a menu by chef Bruno Davaillon with a selection of crab, butternut and pumpkin bisque, hampachi carpaccio, artichoke terrine, oyster and spinach gratin, lobster agnolotti, mushroom risotto, grilled tuna, prime beef fillet, chocolate souffle and poached mulled pear. 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Call 469-250-4007.

Yardbird. The downtown southern restaurant is open all day on New Year’s Eve and offers a limited-edition dinner for dinner, as well as a regular menu to take away.
