Prosper LB Mason Jolley commits to SMU, giving Mustangs 10 athletes in Dallas Morning News’ top 100 area players

The Dallas Morning News’ Top Football Recruits for the 2021 Class consists of 100 total players. Following the announcement by Mason Jolley on Thursday evening, the SMU now has 10 percent of the athletes on that list. The Prosper linebacker announced on Twitter that he is committed to the SMU.

Jolley was released from Tulsa two days earlier. The linebacker told Rivals’ Damon Sayles that SMU was “No. 1 school from the start. “247Sports lists Jolley as a three-star association brochure.

He’s the # 90 overall player on The News’ Top 100 – and the # 11 linebacker in the Dallas area.
