PDR architecture firm opens Dallas office

PDR, a Houston-based global design, architecture and consulting firm, has opened a regional office in Dallas.

The office on Ross Ave. 2001 will enable the company, which specializes in workplace design, to grow both in the North Texas market and internationally. PDR has worked on projects for Fortune 1000 companies such as ExxonMobil, Texas Instruments and USAA in Dallas since its inception in 1977.

“We are excited to open our doors in Dallas and bring PDR’s unique approach to performance guidance and design in the workplace,” said Lauri Goodman Lampson, President and CEO of PDR, in an announcement. “As the greater Dallas area continues to grow and create new businesses with cross-generational workers, we are excited to create extraordinary workplace experiences that will evolve over time and add value to this market.”

PDR, which manages projects for global oil and gas companies, technology, fintech and law firms, has 120 employees in its Austin, Dallas and Houston offices. The company is hiring for the Dallas office led by PDR partner and principal Marc Bellamy, which includes Justin Dezendorf and Jenny Segsworth as senior associates.

“Our expansion into the Dallas market was a direct response to the lack of service providers offering integrated business consulting, architecture + design and branding, branding and brand activation in the workplace,” said Bellamy. “PDR is ready to solve the workplace challenges facing today’s Fortune 1000 companies.”
