Far North Dallas towers sell to St. Louis investor

Two office towers in Far North Dallas were demolished by a St. Louis investor. The Tollway Towers are located on the Dallas North Tollway north of Arapaho Road.

The 12-story and 13-story skyscrapers were built in the 1980s and comprise more than 320,000 square feet of office space.

A unit of Champion Partners of Dallas sold the buildings, which were renovated in 2017.

The high profile towers were purchased by a subsidiary of St. Louis finance firm Larson Capital Management LLC.

LMF Commercial, based in New York, financed the transaction.

The tenants in the buildings include the Pursant Group, SRS Real Estate, Americap Insurance, Enercon Services and the LHP Hospital Group.

Holt Lunsford Commercial has rented the property.
