Dallas police seek 26-year-old suspect in fatal December shooting

Dallas police are looking for a 26-year-old man suspected in a fatal shootout near Fair Park last month.

Police said Tuesday that they are looking for Frederick Daniels in connection with the death of Taboric Lee, 32.

Officers found Lee with a gunshot wound around 2:15 p.m. on December 14 on the 1600 block of Caldwell Street near Haskell and Fitzugh Avenues. He was taken to a hospital where he died.

Police did not say how they identified Daniels as a suspect in the case or provide details of what led to the shooting.

The police asked anyone with information about Daniel’s location to call 911. Anyone with information about the shooting can contact Detective Ronald Kramer at 214-671-3608 or [email protected] and refer to Case No. 223178-2020.

Crime stoppers also pay up to $ 5,000 for information leading to an arrest and charge in the case. Tips can be passed on anonymously by calling 214-373-8477.
