One week after an apartment in Dallas exploded due to a gas leak, the first responding officers are describing what the scene was like from the ground through their memories and body camera footage.Responding officers describe explosion sceneIt's been one week since a gas explosion killed three people at an Oak Cliff apartment complex. The explosion injured many more and left them without a permanent home.Dallas County Deputy Constables Jonathan Banda and Vincent DeLuna were the first two responding officers to the explosion.
