After a blistering first half of the season, Petar Musa will once again represent FC Dallas in this year's Major League Soccer All-Star Game.Petar Musa named to MLS All-Star rosterMusa was named to this year's MLS All-Star team on Wednesday morning by All-Star coach Dean Smith.It is Musa's second All-Star appearance with FC Dallas; he was previously named to the 2024 roster.Musa has scored 12 goals in 13 matches for FC Dallas thus far in the 2026 season. Those 12 goals have him tied for second in the MLS Golden Boot race, alongside Inter Miami's Lionel Messi.He scored his second career hat trick in March against San Diego FC, the 12th hat trick in FC Dallas' history. He has three multi-goal matches in 2026 and six in his FC Dallas career.Musa ranks third all-time for FC Dallas with 46 goals. The Croatian national played with S.L. World Cup watch parties in North Texas go silent as U.S. bows out of tournament

The United States' run at the 2026 FIFA World Cup has come to an end, much to the chagrin of soccer fans at watch parties across North Texas.USA loses to BelgiumBelgium defeated the United States 4-1 in their Round of 16 match in Seattle.The Belgians scored within the match's first ten minutes, and looked in control for most of the first half.The crowd at FIFA Fan Festival Dallas erupted when the U.S. briefly tied the match on a Malik Tillman free-kick goal.However, Belgium went back up 2-1 just a minute later, and would lead for the remainder of the match.In the second half, the Belgians added a goal on U.S. goalkeeper Matt Freese's miscue. Late Dallas Cowboys DE Marshawn Kneeland diagnosed with CTE

Researchers at Boston University have diagnosed former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland with CTE.Marshawn Kneeland’s DeathKneeland died by suicide at the age of 24 in November 2025.According to a report released by the Texas Department of Public Safety, troopers attempted to stop his vehicle around 10:30 p.m. for a traffic violation on the Dallas North Tollway near Keller Springs Boulevard.Kneeland allegedly refused to stop, leading to a police pursuit.Videos from the North Texas Tollway Authority show a trooper chasing a speeding car.
