33-year-old man fatally shot in far northeast Dallas, police say

A 33-year-old man was fatally shot on Sunday evening in the far northeast of Dallas, police said.

Officers responded to a gun call to Eli’s Food Mart on the 10100 block of Forest Lane on Sunday at around 9.45pm and found Javora’s moten with multiple gunshot wounds.

Police said Moten was sitting in a parked car when he was shot dead by an unknown suspect.

After Moten was shot, he went into the supermarket. He was taken to an area hospital where the police said he died.

The investigation continues and police said the motive was still unknown.
