Markelen Jerrel Chance was arrested early Wednesday in the murder of Tremond Spencer on Tuesday evening, police said.
The officers responded to a shooting call at the 4000 block of Preferred Place in the Red Bird area around 9:30 p.m. and found Spencer with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment complex, police said.
